Inspired by the New York Jivamukti method, the playlist is built to keep you moving, breathing, and focused — until everything else fades out.
At some point, you stop thinking about what’s next.

24 years of practice.
17 years of teaching.
I moved to New York to go deeper into the method — not for the experience, but to understand the practice properly.
That foundation still shapes everything I teach today.
It’s physically and mentally demanding.
And exactly because of that — it’s the kind of practice that lets you drop everything else.
For a moment, there is no noise.
No distraction.
Just breath, movement, and focus.
That’s where it opens.
